This project is a new space to be renovated for veterans. It is located on the ground floor at 1140 Amsterdam Avenue in New York. N.02.02 The hall has about 2,872 gross floor area. Programs for the new hall includes conference room, meeting areas, work stations, flex work space, office, studio and store and other service area to support the overall function of the facility. Scope of work includes demolition works, exterior and interior works as well as MEP works. Costrak provided cost estimate for the new hall.
