The Restaurant building is an addition to an existing building. This structure is made up of concrete framed construction with foundation walls on concrete spread footing. The facade of the building has stucco, wood paneling and double doors with insulated glass panels and copper standing seam metal roofing. The existing crawl space of the building is being converted into a full basement to house mechanical equipment per architect’s supplementary instruction.
